Hubungan Kerajaan Allah Dengan Gereja

Abstract

The Kingdom of God is one of the most important themes in the Bible that Christians should study and practice.  In the Old Testament, the kingdom of God was under God's rule over the nation of Israel, even though actually God's government did not rule by one nation alone.  In the New Testament, Jesus introduces the kingdom of God which is powerful and the sign of exorcism and miracles that He performs. So, this situation can at least explain that the Kingdom of God is present in the midst of mankind, including the church.  The words of Jesus "I will build my church" in Matthew 16:18 show God's rule over the church. However, the problem is how is the relationship between the Kingdom of God and the Church? Is the kingdom of God and the church the same? Therefore, the aim of this research is for every Christian who understands and clearly understands the kingdom of God and the church in relationship.  So, it can be applied in the world of church education and ministry. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a systematic theological approach.  Meanwhile, the results of this research are, first, the Kingdom of God created the church;  Second, the Church inherits the salvation blessing of God's Kingdom;  Third, the Church is a Kingdom instrument.
